Return & Cancellation Policy
ACE Performance provides athletic performance training services that are delivered through scheduled training sessions and programs.
All Sales Are Final
Because services are time-based and capacity-limited, all purchases are final once processed. ACE Performance does not offer returns for completed or partially completed training services.
Training Credit
If a participant is unable to attend scheduled sessions due to injury, scheduling conflicts, or program changes, ACE Performance may, at its discretion, issue training credit that can be applied toward future services of equal value.

Program Modifications
ACE Performance reserves the right to modify training schedules, locations, coaches, or session formats when necessary to maintain program quality and athlete safety. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for returns.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel future participation with written notice. Cancellation stops future scheduling but does not reverse prior charges or services already allocated.
Non-Attendance
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures are considered delivered services and are not eligible for return or replacement unless otherwise approved in writing.
Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, clients agree to contact ACE Performance directly to resolve any billing or service concerns. Initiating a chargeback for services rendered or scheduled is a violation of this agreement and may result in removal from current and future programs.
